1 Introduction and Applicability

ckpk is an online entertainment platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and other interactive gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as a legal agreement between ckpk and each user of the platform ("User").

By completing any of the following actions, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms:

Each user may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any bonuses or winnings earned may be voided.

• Choose a strong password and keep it confidential.
• Update your information as soon as possible if any changes occur.

The responsibility for keeping the account secure rests entirely with the user. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.

4 Account Suspension and Closure

ckpk reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Provision of false or incomplete information.

• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Detection of bonus system abuse.

5 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds into ckpk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No other methods are currently accepted.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposited funds will appear in your account promptly.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• No fee is charged for deposits, though the payment provider may apply its own charges.

6 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held until the wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.

ckpk may request additional verification information for suspicious transactions and may temporarily hold a withdrawal if necessary.

7 Welcome Bonus Policy

ckpk offers a welcome bonus for new members. Current welcome bonus details:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — ৳2,000 total to play with.
• Example: deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — ৳26,000 total.

Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount.

8 General Bonus Terms and Conditions

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers:

• The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• ckpk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus terms at any time.
• If a withdrawal is attempted before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• If fraudulent or irregular betting behaviour is detected, the bonus may be forfeited.

9 Betting Rules

The following general rules must be followed when placing bets on ckpk:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In the event of a technical error or abnormal situation in an event, ckpk reserves the right to void or reassess bets.
• ckpk is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Odds may change at any time — the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.

10 Gaming Rules

The following applies to casino games and slots:

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.
• Results or payouts displayed incorrectly due to a software error may be voided.
• Information on RTP (Return to Player) and volatility is available on the game provider's website.
• If a technical issue occurs in a game, the relevant round will be voided and the bet amount will be refunded.

11 Unacceptable Behaviour

The following activities are strictly prohibited and subject to penalty:
